1. Acceptance of the conditions

By accessing and using the Maravana software (hereinafter, “the Software”), you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree to these conditions, you should not use the Software.

2. License to use

Maravana is software belonging to Active Tech Corp. Maravana is a registered trademark of Active Tech Corp. Maravana grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software in accordance with these Terms of Use. This license is intended solely for your personal or business use in managing agencies, as provided by the Software’s functionality.

3. Permitted use

You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes and within the scope permitted by applicable law and these Terms of Use. The following are prohibited:

• Using the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Modifying, distributing, reproducing, duplicating, or selling the Software without our express written consent.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system or network related to the Software.

3.1 Copying prohibited

It is not permitted to copy the Software, in whole or in part, for the purpose of creating, developing, or reproducing a new software, product or derivative service, except with the prior, express, and written authorization of the Owner.

4. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of Maravana and/or its licensors. You agree not to infringe these rights.

5. Updates and modifications

Maravana may update or modify the Software at any time to improve its functionality or correct errors. We reserve the right to interrupt, modify, or suspend access to the Software temporarily or permanently without prior notice.

6. Limitation of liability

Use of the Software is at your own risk. Maravana is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, system failure, or economic losses.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms of Use.

Confidential information includes all information that the user provides during registration, travel management, or shipping processes, including but not limited to:

• Personal data (name, address, passport number, etc.).
• Financial information and payment details.
• Details of shipments and packages (contents, weight, recipient, etc.).
• Information about travel itineraries and personal travel data.

2. Use of Information

All confidential information collected will be used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Manage and coordinate shipping and travel services to Cuba.
• Provide customer support and assistance.
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

3. Information Protection

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect confidential information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure, including:

• Encryption of sensitive data.
• Strict access control by authorized personnel.
• Regular evaluations of our security policies.
